Good folks died defending my innate right to freedom of speech, I have to speak freely else I would be skirting my end of that bargin.

Soldiers defend rights, they don't grant them.

So I guess you're saying a couple things here. One, that you ask a Marine don't respect the Bill of Rights, but Marines are swear to protect those rights. Two, the Marine have defenced democracy.
They have but because they obey the president they really have no choice. Read your central american history and you'll see what I mean.

No kidding turn off fox news and hit some books.
